Ordering Guide
1. Search for items you want on any US marketplace
You can use our recommended stores, or find your own.
2. When you find something you like, send us the page URL using the contact form
3. We will get back to you with your total amount
This will include:
- Item's price
- Item's tax and shipping to our US warehouse
- Our service fee 10%
- International shipping charge
4. You complete the payment
We accept all major credit cards.
5. We place your order and wait until your item arrives at our warehouse
Usually takes about a week. We can store your items for up to 30 days for free.
6. We receive your item, pack and ship it to you
If you want to order multiple items and save on international shipping, we provide a free
consolidation service (we will pack all your items in one box and ship it to you with a lower fee).
Example
1. You went to Mercari.com and found the Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag that you can't live
without. You made sure that it has the diamond sign, wich guarantees it's authentic
2. Copy the page URL and send it to us using the contact form
3. We will get back to you with your total amount
Notes: The whole process usually takes about 2 weeks after the payment is received. You will get email updates at every step of the process. We only use reliable services with tracking, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL. Please note, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
